Online Contents: A New Communication Tool for 100% Brands

Bean & Beyond releases the new Content Center: See What´s Behind Café de Colombia, strengthening the communication support for Colombian coffee 100% brands through original and specially designed content for digital channels. 





Designed and oriented towards providing additional origin information to support the differentiation of 100% Colombian Coffee brands, this new content center seeks to give more depth and improve the value proposition of those who have 100% Colombian coffee references, this new virtual space of online Café de Colombia content can be found its official Facebook site and is called “See What´s Behind Colombian Coffee”. Thanks to this space, both sales and marketing colleagues and consumers will have access to dynamic and relevant information about Colombian origin.

Offering an open space for information, participation and with practical access, were the essential insights for the creation of this communication tool. By using it, consumers will find relevant information about the origin.

What can be found in this new space?

This site will collect stories, articles, videos, info-graphics, maps and diagrams, among other multimedia contents related to origin and the product. They are available both in English and in Spanish, and are organized in the following categories:

Our coffee: This section contains information directly related to the Colombian coffee bean, for example, its geographical characteristics, cup profiles by coffee producing regions, production processes, weather conditions, and everything regarding the product per se.

The hands of coffee: There are more than 500,000 coffee growing families behind Colombian coffee, as well as many other people who are involved in the value chain. This section highlights the human labor, the stories about these people who dedicate their lives to producing and taking Colombian Coffee to the consumers. 

Sustainability that Matters: This section´s contents are related to the multiple initiatives of sustainability that the Colombian Coffee Growers Federation develops under its four lines of action: Farm, Connectivity, Environment and Community. The Content Center is located on the page 100% Café de Colombia on Facebook. However, it can also be accessed directly through the link:http://hub.cafedecolombia.com/web/en/paginas/home.

Additionally, the Content Center counts with a space especially designed to highlight the 100% Colombian Coffee brands that want to be part of it, offering the possibility to show periodically four brands that belong to the 100% Program. For each brand, you may find information such as: short description of the product, cup profile, places that sell it and website of the 100% Colombian reference.
